Nechi Customer Satisfaction Survey
As part of our Community Service Learning agreement with the University of Alberta School of Business, the students that are working with us in the “Marketing Research Class 312” have created this survey on our behalf.
The purpose of this survey is to conduct a study of customer satisfaction for the Nechi Institute. This information will be used to help the organization better understand the target audience and find ways in which Nechi can serve its clients better in the future.
